Just received requires the latest Hugh Piggot book on wind power plant building, and in the evenings I'm just trying to order and make Somme blades and understanding of the various tools and create a real wing, I have wooden blades before, but made the I do understand, finally, the concept fully, I am very happy with them, it took me maybe three evenings 2-3 hours at a time and only with hand tools to keep the dust off it, I am a carpenter so I could of used machine tools, and perhaps not the wholeCase in 3-4 hours, but I wanted to know how long, and the effort involved only with hand tools, are (slightly), so make sure they are sharp and take your time, it's more relaxing, the tools I have had only used a hand saw, square, little spokeshave (definattely this one), caliper, small hand plane, and measuring tape, Cheerio, hope you enjoy and visit my website: www.windchasers.eu
